Synopsis :
Děj příběhu začíná v domě manželů středního věku, maminka dává dceři Mary pusu na dobrou noc a jde spát. To ještě netuší, že tato noc se krvavě zapíše do historie města. Mary totiž popadne amok a své rodiče brutálně zavraždí. Ocitá se v psychiatrické léčebně, kde se stane obětí zvrhlých choutek jednoho ošetřovatele. Mary o pár měsíců později porodí dítě, lékaři ji však sdělí, že zemřelo při porodu. V dalším šíleném záchvatu rozpoutá Mary krvavá jatka, jimž učiní přítrž dva policisté, kteří Mary zastřelí. V ději se přesouváme přesně o dvacet let, mládež bujaře slaví "Krvavou noc" právě na počest Maryina běsnění. Vrátí se duch Mary, aby zúčtoval se všemi nevinnými oběťmi?
